Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements (including FDA tobacco regulations), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on tobacco products once they have been received by the customer, whether opened or unopened. This policy helps ensure compliance with laws governing the sale and distribution of tobacco.
Exceptions may apply only for shipping damage or defective products (upon inspection and approval). All sales of tobacco products are final otherwise.

We currently offer local delivery to Bonita Springs, Estero, and Naples.Once your order is placed, you will receive a text message from us to confirm the order and schedule a convenient delivery date and time.
